Proposition for modernization of buildings, which was build in Soviet Union time. It includes building of additional stories at the top and heat insulation for better sustainable qualities.
This proposition I made on summer practice at Institute of Urbanism. The idea was to visually brake long form of a building (near 100m) into smaller parts. In the issue we get one full additional storey and partially mansard storey.
